WHAT: Wildly Better is a FREE quarterly health-focused, goal setting workshop hosted by Madeline Hardacre, MD of Women's Health Elevated AND downloadable 40 page goal setting workbook to keep you busy and focused between events!
WHY: Check out the short 3 minute video to understand my own unique philosophy with women's health! The objective of Wildly Better is to bring women together to casually discuss goals within the world of lifestyle medicine, health and life coaching, plant-based nutrition, and allow ourselves to celebrate health driven habits beyond weight loss!
HOW: With Dr. Hardacre as the host, the group shares goals and successes, brainstorms ways to address challenges, and learns from each other! The schedule for 2022, zoom links, etc will be sent by email.
WHEN: Workshops are quarterly on Tuesdays at 5pm PST . You will be notified by email of upcoming dates and topics. Unable to join the conversation? No worries ... by joining Wildly Better you will have access to the recordings of the workshops AND access to a library of previously recorded events.
