  • 6 weekly small group health coaching sessions (via ZOOM) - focused on strategies for long-term behavior change 
  • Be warned! You will be TAKING ACTION and EXPERIENCING RESULTS during this 6 weeks!!
  • First group starts January 19th! Tuesdays 6:30 am or Thursdays 7:00pm PST - you pick what best fits your schedule each week!  This group is FULL
